Includes an overview video and PDF Guide with tons of promo ideas for various bakery formats (home bakers, retail bakeries, etc) that you can pull from throughout the season
  
  
• Weekly Video Lesson Drops: 3 video lessons dropping Mondays - 9/21, 9/28, and 10/5 - that cover menu planning, organizing your kitchen production, sales + marketing plans, and fulfillment
  
  
• Tools, Templates, & Guides: All the tools, templates, and guides you'll need to implement what you're learning in the weekly video lesson drops
  
  
• Weekly Q&A Coaching Calls: 3 LIVE calls on Thursday's (9/24, 10/1, and 10/8 at 12pm CST / 1pm EST) ... get your questions answered, get feedback on your holiday prep work from that week's lesson, and learn from other students who are implementing right along side you
  
  
• Private Facebook Group: Ask questions in between the Live Q&A calls, get feedback on what you're working on, + network with/learn from other bakery owners in the program
  
  
• Final Plan Review: Live call on Thursday, 10/15 at 12pm CST/1pm EST will be a working session and opportunity to get your final plan reviewed, with optional "hot seat" mini coaching spots (first come, first served)
